Sprinkle!!

The current Inkspirational Challenge #77 is the word Sprinkle! It conjures rain in my mind, with visions and yearning of green grass sprouting in the yard, bulbs popping through the earth, and thunder storms!!  Oh yes, I'm so ready! I'd even enjoy a worm or two. =]

Here is my version of Sprinkle using the darling Abby from SSS and very, very, simply water-colored. I cut and pasted the hat and umbrelly:

"Rain, rain, come my way - make that yucky snow go away!!"

That little sweetie has the right idea, doesn't she? Love those galoshes!

While I'm sharing... I was quite remiss in my last post of the card for my friend, Dolores! It featured two of my new "besties" from Mama Elephants Three Amigos!!

Yep, I'll take a worm over a recently-awakened bear any day! Ready for spring right NOW! Your Abby really is darling, especially in the way you've brought her 'to life', and that ubmbrella of flowers is simply delightful! Cuteness to the max! Have you seen the AAA Cards Challenge? Water-coloured rain...now scoot your card that way, too! Thanks so much for sharing your 'sprinkle' themed card in the Ink gallery!

Awww, this is an adorable card Michele!! I love that sweet little girl with her umbrella, hat and galoshes!! She just doesn't get any cuter!! I'm with you, I am ready for green grass, thunder storms, bulbs popping through the ground, etc...! And worms, oh yeah they are awesome too. Won't complain any about worms. Use to chase my brother with worms. Had to put worms on my 6 boy's fishing lines because they didn't like touching them. Had to take the fish off the lines too. lol So I'm good with worms! I am in love with the "Three Amigo's" too! Too cute they are! Hugs, Brenda

This is darling, Michele, and of course you had to add your own twist to the inside sentiment. :) I was tempted to buy this stamp only because my granddaughter's name is Abby but I resisted.

So dang sweet, I love the idea of 'sprinkling' rain, in the sub tropics here it tends to 'bucket' instead lol. Love how you have washed the colours too!
